Supervision of coaches I Coaching
Sophrology and sophrotherapy I Mediation
For the past 18 years, I have been accompanying with pleasure and passion people in desire for movement, appeasement, re-enchantment in their personal and professional life.
My customers are leaders, entrepreneurs, competitors, professionals and individuals, in need of interaction, in crisis situations or in situations of important change for them and their entourage.
The contexts are very diverse, in France and internationally, in French and in English, in a benevolent, dynamic and interactive, warm and demanding approach.
As a coach, sophrologist and sophorotherapist, mediator, and supervisor of coachesI intervene in a holistic perspective, respecting the autonomy of the person, in a dynamic and solution-oriented.
are privileged fields of research and work with my clients, individually and in teams.
Fields that we explore in coaching, in therapy, in mediation, in supervision.
Without seeing the time pass, and with a constantly renewed pleasure, I have shared with my clients, for almost two decades, the passion of excellence and the resourcing by interaction within the framework of clear, lively and structuringaccompaniments .
Former manager, passionate entrepreneur and sports competitor,
the complementarity of my experiences and practices in France and abroad,
allows me to bring regenerating perspectives and insights to my clients
in Coaching, Therapy, Mediation and Supervision.
In constant training with pleasure, I am certified in coaching, sophrology, supervision and mediation, from international or French reference institutes and schools.
I devote a certain amount of time each year to research and training in my areas of expertise.
Aware of the advantages that my choice of supervisors, both demanding and benevolent, have brought to me, and continue to bring to my practice, I wish to continue to transmit and share the passion for excellent, ethical and benevolent accompaniment, and to allow the development of supervision "outside the walls" (!), beyond its historical sectors of predilection.
Supervision is a rare space in temporality and interactional quality.
Do not hesitate to make an appointment
with your supervisor Françoise Borel-Clayeux for an ad hoc session ,
or a regular supportYou will be able to benefit from a concrete experience of coaching, therapy, mediation or supervision.
Since 2012, I have been supervising coaching professionals in a transversal and holistic approach to supervision.
My clients are: coaches, therapists, trainers, teachers, mediators, or entrepreneurs, executives, managers, lawyers, and care professionals.
I am certified by two reference organisations that train supervisors to the international ESQA standard (European Supervision Quality Award), one in Paris and the other in London. Each of these organisations has enabled me to build my coaching on a solid reference base, both in terms of the quality and expertise of the trainers who have accompanied me and in terms of their professional posture and choices.
Attentive to the evolution of my profession, I am a member of the professional association PSF (Professional Supervisors Federation), official partner for France of the reference network ANSE (Association for National Supervision in Europe).
My practice is within the framework of the professional ethics of supervision as required and protected by these two institutions.
Taking a step back on one's posture, one's role, one's impact, one's uniqueness and one's professional development, but also on points of myopia or "blind spots", on one's professional ethics and on the management of ethical dilemmas, the games of the systems in which a practitioner and his client interact: all these axes are worked on in ad hoc supervision or in regular supervision in a space of security and innovation, favourable to the development of the person.
Supervision has always been an obvious choice for me as a consultant, manager, coach, therapist and mediator.
The assets that the demanding and benevolent supervisors with whom I have worked and still work have brought to me and continue to bring to my career and practice are numerous and structuring. Thus, I wish, with them, to continue to transmit and share the passion for excellence, ethical and benevolent accompaniment, respectful of oneself and one's clients. I also wish to enable the development of supervision "outside the walls" (!),
beyond its historical fields and sectors of predilection.
Supervision is a space rare in temporality and interactional quality.
An opportunity to be shared!
Whether it is to grow in relevance in one's practice, to take care of oneself, to take care of one's clients, to shed light on complex accompaniments, supervision is in my opinion a keystone of the coaching profession, a privileged space for the construction of the identity of the coaching practitioner.

Executive Coach since 2006, certified and trained in France and internationally in NLP (master), systemic (Palo Alto), Ericksonian communication (master). I am also trained in the most useful or common theoretical perspectives and techniques in my profession: transactional analysis, narrative practices, gestalt therapy, clean language and symbolic metaphors, lab profile, emotional intelligence perspectives, psychometric tests...
As a member of theEuropean Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC ), I am committed to sharing and respecting the international ethical standards of coaching, with the utmost respect for the individual and his or her autonomy.
Coaching is a guidance on the processes to help the coachee find solutions to his or her solutions adapted to their problems in a given context.
It is built in interaction. respecting the client's request, his needs, the specific context of the support, and constant attention to the development of his autonomy.
The coach's role is to facilitate and enlighten the processes that allow the client to evolve and build adapted solutions by taking into account all the resources that he or she has, consciously or unconsciously, and which he or she has acquired in a dynamic and concrete way. resources The coach facilitates the processes that allow the client to evolve and build adapted solutions, taking into account all the resources that he consciously or unconsciously has at his disposal, and which he acquires in a dynamic and concrete way.
Unlike the consultant and other third parties, the coach's expertise is not in the client's content and profession (if he is from or familiar with the sector of intervention, he refrains from any posture of advice precisely). His general culture and his theoretical and practical knowledge of management and organisations favour an attentive and precise listening to the context of intervention, while keeping him alert to the specificity of each situation and each individual perspective.
The expertise of the coach is interactional, systemic, processual. He generates a dynamic of change through the contract, the framework, the colour of the coaching he proposes. This is his main added value and signature.
Do not hesitate to write to me to organise a more enlightening and concrete first interaction.
I have been a certified and approved mediator since 2008, and I have been sworn in by several courts in France for judicial mediation missions.
As a conventional mediator since 2007, my expertise in conflict prevention and management goes beyond the field of mediation. For almost 15 years, I have developed expertise in interactional quality management and in the implementation of conflict prevention and management systems in organisations.
From 2013 to 2018, I had the extraordinary opportunity to implement professional mediation in an international organisation, the OECD, and to work in conflict coaching, mediation, preventive and curative co-mediation in a resolutely intercultural context, with nearly 70 different nationalities.
Today, I intervene in small and medium-sized family businesses, as well as in international companies and organisations, to set up conflict management systems, systems that promote cooperation and interaction adapted to the specific business, organisational and strategic contexts for which I am called upon.
In France, I am a member of the ANM (National Association of Mediators), and have a good knowledge of the cartography of the historical and emerging actors of judicial mediation on the one hand, and conventional mediation on the other hand, cartography and expertise useful in my interventions of supervision of mediators.
Interacting internationally with professional mediators from different cultures, I intervene by favouring a approach systemic approach and strategic approachand practice most often - for the sake of ethics and relevance - a the co intervention with a third party mediator.
I work with experienced professionals of international culture, bilingual or trilingual, demanding mediators or facilitators, in continuous training, in supervision, and in permanent questioning of their practice.
Sophrologist RNCPI am also trained in sophrotherapy.
I am a member of the SFS (French Society of Sophrology) and the SSP (Union of Professional Sophrologists).
Sophrology and sophrotherapy are part of the so-called mind-body therapies, which aim to reconcile and better articulate the intellect, the emotions and the body through a dynamic, systemic and holistic approach.
Sophrology provides a set of relaxation techniques, breathing and body exercises that help to relax, harmonise tensions, concentrate and visualise.
Originally stemming from the research of Dr Alfonso Caycedo (a pioneering neuropsychiatrist who proposed a holistic mind-body approach using hypnosis, yoga and Zen more than half a century ago).
In its philosophy, sophrology is related to, and harmonizes with, systemic brief therapy approaches, existential therapy, and therapeutic approaches using the reassessment , the full consciousness.
It helps to improve one's general well-being, to regulate a good self-respect, by a better articulation between the intellect, the emotion and the body.
Often favoured as an approach to stress management, sleep and recovery, it is also very powerful in mental preparation, concentration, learning and creativity .
Through simple techniques learned in a session with the sophrologist, the client acquires new habits and reflexes, and a better awareness of their needs. Most of what is learned in sophrology is lasting and can be easily reused in daily life in complete autonomy.
Breathing, breathing, tension-relaxation techniques, relaxation, concentration and visualisation are key elements in learning sophrology.
The techniques known as relaxation dynamic specific techniques allow a better awareness of the body schema, and a healthier lifestyle that is more attentive to oneself; they constitute a solid preventive approach to somatization and its deleterious effects.
From an early age and on a regular basis, his techniques are an easy path to better interaction with others,
to a better harmony with oneself, and to a better success at school, university, professional and sports competition.
Sophrotherapy integrates the techniques and contributions of psychoanalysis, psychotherapy and hypnosis into sophrology.
The sophrotherapist is trained in psychopathology, analytical sophrology and hypnosis. He accompanies people who wish to work more deeply on themselves, who need to free themselves from blockages or traumas linked to their life history, in order to promote greater self-knowledge and inner harmony.
